I called 3 At Home stores. Chantilly wouldn’t even answer their phone. I needed to check if the item I wanted was in the store. So I tried Fredericksburg the lady named Laura was so nice & helpful. She found my item, checked it for defects & put it in the front so my husband could pick it up. I am grateful for her wonderful customer service!
