Best Flowers I got my friend some flowers for her birthday from here and she thought that they were so beautiful. She said that they were the best flowers that she'd ever seen.
Accents For The Home Garden Ridge offers decorative accents for the home an art supplies, similar to Hobby Lobby, Kirklands, and Michaels. We shopped at the Garden Ridge store on Willow Trail Parkway when we lived in the Atlanta area. While Garden Ridge has a nice selection of artifical flowers and accents for the home, there is nothing really to distinguish it from a variety of other stores similar. Garden Ridge has everything for crafters and decoraters Garden Ridge has a lot of good things going for it. #1 - it's huge! You can usually find anything you are looking for. #2 - there's more than just craft supplies, there are home decor items and technical books, etc. If you go often, you can get some great deals.
Bad Customer Service I shopped at Garden Ridge and found some nice items at a good cost. I got ready to pay for the merchandise. And to my dismay there was about 25 people in one line with one cashier. It was clear it was going to be long time, so I went to ask a manager, a gentleman, if he could open another line, he said that they couldnt. I spent a lot if time choosing my items, so I waited the 21 minutes in line to pay for my purchase. The items, which were curtains and pillows ended up not matching my decor, so I return... read more
Recommended Widely This Garden Ridge has some really great stuff. They have lots of things that you need to decorate your house. They aren't really expensive either and they have many people that will help you with whatever you want in the store.
I like to go here Garden Ridge has all my garden and decoration needs. You always can find the lowest price here. They sold everything from interior decoration to garden to kitchen supplies. The peope are nice. Only one thing, the store is too big and smetimes is hard to find a particular thing you need.
Our Economy & Jobs I don't think this co. is very healthy in this economy! I like the store...but...the customer no service is ridiculous! I bought out their supply of tassles, but needed a few more...I waited a week & called to see if their supply had been re-stocked, You can't talk to a person!!! I didn't want to have to drive all the way to the store, unless they've got what I need! The other review said only 1 cashier...no employee available for customer service on the phone tells me they've cut their number of employees... read more
