Go somewhere else!!! The phone number directs you to an automated system and has no options for talking to a real employee. After actually driving to the location to see if they had what I needed, I had to wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence. This was probably one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. If you need anything at all, you should get it from Michael's or Joann's. They deserve ZERO STARS but that isn't an option. Don't give these monkeys your money...
Mrs. Tried to get in touch w/someone A G.Rd., Kennesaw. Unable to get anyone on the ph. unable to get Customer Service page. I lost a rain hat at The Kenn. locatiion on March 5th, 11. Small black hat made by Tote. Very disappointed in the apperance of thestore - stuff piled everwheere. Betty
Home store This is like a warehouse filled with all the home items you will need. They have a variety of home accessories, artificial plants and flowers, patio furniture, and art work. The associates are very nice. There is tons of parking. They also have a small caf inside if you get hungry from walking around this massive store.
Good prices After a long day of finding nothing I liked, I decided to give Garden Ridge a shot. I was looking for the "perfect" comforter and throw pillows for our bedroom. The other stores seemed to have the same things, at prices that made it totally not worth it. But Garden Ridge had a broad selection (good and bad) all at great prices. I found just what I wanted and the accessories to make it work just the way I wanted. PROS: Price and selection CONS: none
