When I was here today, checking out there were 9 of us in line and only one cashier. She called for backup, and no one showed. She called several times and no one showed up. Management needs to be fired and this girl needs a raise. She was even apologetic for the waIt. She was wonderful.
I would have given a 5 star because I really love the store and usually the cashiers are amazing but today Arianna made my visit unpleasant. She was really unprofessional, didn't bag any of my products and when I asked if she can wrap my picture frame she gave me an attitude. She proceed to wrap it and then give it to me with no bag... She must've seen my face because then she asked do you want a bag? I mean what the heck? I also purchased a mug and that didn't get wrapped. Customer service like that would make a store lose ... read more
Very easy going and professional.. They have a lot of beautiful options on furniture and prices are affordable. Richard Garcia was very helpful and got our prices right. He was awesome. Recommended to anyone who needs furniture.
