I didn’t realize it was missing until I had already driven 30 minutes away. I had to turn around and drive another 30 minutes back to the store to retrieve it. When I arrived, the manager, Nelly, was dismissive, making excuses for the associate instead of offering an apology. They refused to issue a refund or provide a new, properly packaged gift card.
