Bad customer service can ruin one’s experience, and that is exactly what just happened at At Home on 291. I understand that it is Black Friday, but that is no excuse for rude employees. Lucia, our cashier, was nothing but rude, combative and disrespectful. I could not stand to hear her talk back to my mother, who was making a purchase of hundreds of dollars, the way she did.
