Very helpful and great customer service
Terrible. Don't list inventory that is not available and have customers pay a same day delivery fee when you can't provide the request. If one out of two outdoor seat cushions are not available, maybe call and ask if the customer wants to proceed or cancel. So ridiculous to pay a delivery fee for something that needs to be returned because you neglected to mention the non availability of items.
I have been shopping at the At Home store in Broomfield for years. They have the largest amount of home decor, accessories, and basic home needs then most any retailer. However, most times I go it is hard to find anybody on the floor to ask for help. So you have to go all the way to the front to the cashiers and ask them, and this is a huge store so that's no small feat.
