I had someone do a return for me with my e-receipt. I’ve done this multiple times in the past and have never had an issue until now. They made a huge deal about the number on the barcode of the e-receipt (out of my control) and then when we finally found the “correct” number they proceeded to return the purchase to a card that was not used for the initial purchase. What a great experience this evening! I had some questions around the Free Delivery promotion. While the cashier didn’t know the initial answer she utilized her manual and called up a manager to answer a few questions. I opted to not have them delivery my purchases but the team at this location were fantastic. The manager even showed us new markdowns that they were trying to move out. Their entire team were engaging and worked together to help answer questions.
