Staff was friendly and helpful.
Looking for a matched pair of mirrors. Drove to Geneva to look at the 2 finalists I found online, which were not in my local store. Glad I saw them in person because my preferences changed. Was only able to order them at a more distant store for pick up. Large selection, but large items seem to be unavailable to ship, and limited supplies, so definitely some inconvenience shopping here. Same day $10 delivery also limited, possibly distance related.
Always find great stuff at lower prices then anywhere else for the home
Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience with the cashier, Maria, yesterday. When I arrived to the counter, she was in an hurry and rushing to begin with and displayed very poor customer service. I had two separate transactions to return. I made it clear that the 1st return was from a family member and the 2nd I had bought just recently. The family member purchase was over the return date by a couple days.
