The manager went above and beyond today to help me with an online order that was canceled by mistake. She was so determined to find one item that was sold out online, yet their system said they had ONE in the store! If you’ve ever shopped there you know how massive it is…rows and rows and more rows of merchandise. I never got the sense or felt like she had better things to be doing than searching every inch of that store for me! Would like a leave a review about your shift manager, Gayle (not sure how to spell her name). Customer service is lacking. She completely ruined our experience at the store tonight. She was hovering over my family, watching my children closely and finally made her way near us.
