We bought patio furniture and spent close to 1,000 dollars. It didn't even last one year before it completely disintegrated. The wood started losing it finish, splitting, cracking. It's not even usable at this point and has to be taken to the dump. I am so disappointed in the quality. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer (ty Pennington) and athome and got no response from either. I'll probably never buy anything from them ever again.

I ordered a couch from this store online and paid for delivery. It was delivered at the bottom of the stairs, and in the walkway area of my lower neighbors blocking their pathway. I called At Home and was basically told “not our problem” because they use a third party delivery service, and this company cannot be reached for customer service. They had no suggestions and would also not take back the item. Fortunately I had a neighbor who offered to help carry it up, otherwise it apparently was going to just live at the bottom ... read more
