AT HOME is one of the cleanest, well stocked stores I go into. For a store as large as they are, this store is immaculate and that is impressive. I also love the fact that they put out Seasonal items well before other stores and for someone like me, we love that.
We usually have a great experience at At Home. They have a wonderful variety of merchandise and so many options to choose from, which is one of the reasons we enjoy shopping there. During our most recent visit, it seemed like we may have caught them between seasons or during a restocking period because many shelves were empty and the selection was much more limited than usual. Ive made multiple big ticket item purchases from at home and items always come broken or bad condition. Customer service replied on google review but it seems they only do so to appear helpful but once you contact them directly they offer no resolutions. They say their system isnt equipped to handle these issues or exchanges or replacements so to either buy a new one and return broken item or they can’t do anything else. No apologies. No offer to give a discount for repeated issue.
