Employees very helpful.
I always enjoy shopping at At Home! Great selection, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. A special thank you to Roy, who is always friendly, helpful, and attentive every time I visit. His outstanding service truly makes a difference. Definitely one of my favorite stores!
Very disappointing experience at Home. There was only one cashier serving the entire store, and I had to wait in line for more than 15 minutes. This is unacceptable for a store of this size. Management needs to do a better job scheduling staff and ensuring there are enough cashiers available to serve customers efficiently. Customers’ time should be respected.
Nobody ever helps you.
