Items marked 50% off and 75% off are not what they seem to be. Just one example of what happened on my last visit -- A box of note cards marked 50% off had a price tag of $2.99. Upon coming home, I took the price tag off. Under that tag was the price of $2.29. Under the second tag and printed on the box back and front was the price $1.99. With my "50% off" I paid 1.49---a savings of 50 cents or 25% off not 50% off!!!
