I tried to return a $12 compression fitting I didn’t need, turns out I’m missing a part, I look it up and the missing pice is $1, I ask them “if I buy the missing pice and screw if on can I return it” they say yes that should be fine, I go into the store find the missing pice buy it screw it on and go back to the returns counter at which point they tell me “we can’t rerun it because the missing pice came from a different set”. I don't understand why I can not pick up an online order until it is ready when I'm in the store and can easily walk and grab one off the shelves. Guess I'll be hanging out in your parking lot for a few hours! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
