Purchased one item to be delivered and one item to be picked up in store. Apparently items delivered are through a third-party delivery company and they do not deliver to second floors. Nowhere on the website it said this. I received a phone call from the delivery driver telling me that I need to come get the package from him. It’s too heavy for him to deliver because he is a disabled vet…why is he delivering furniture then? He told me to find a neighbor or ask my maintenance team to help me get the package to my apartment. ... read more
