Don’t order online for store pickup!!! We ordered a Christmas tree online. Called the store in the morning to ensure that they had the true which they confirmed. After waiting all day for them to notify us to come pick it up, we arrive to see them selling the very last tree to a customer and never filling our order. The solution from the store manager was to give us a lesser quality, less expensive tree as a replacement. So now Black Friday is over and all the nice trees are sold out, not available.
