I was surprised at the disarray of the store, multi colored employees arguing over who had to help customer, as the register associates leving their station with customers in line to console a loose dog...instead of handling customers they (4) scrambled to find food and water for a dog. I love animals but there is a place and time for this!!! In fact we had a 10lb yorkie mix that was confronted and was close to attacking my Lil service animal... You need a good people manager before you loose profit!!!
This place always feels on the verge of closing and rarely has the items I went in for. It feels dated and in need of a deep clean.
