At home had some outdoor chairs on sale and i wanted a brown one. Only brown one left was the one on display. I wanted to buy it but the clerk said couldn't sell it to me as it was a display item. I said why display something you don't have in stock? Its a sale and i want a brown one. His answer was "store policy." So policy makes it ok to lose a sale on something that is available. That's why people order from Amazon rather than brick and mortar stores when you can get it the next day
Mgr today was not nice when I asked for help. Stated she was busy when I asked for assistance getting an item off the top shelf. Last time I will shop at that location and At Home was my favorite store.
