I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at At Home in Nanuet was disappointing enough that I felt it was necessary. The customer service here is incredibly slow — it’s like no one is in a rush to help you. I tried asking the manager (a tall Black man) for assistance, and he acted like I was bothering him just by speaking. His attitude was cold and dismissive, and honestly, it made me uncomfortable even trying to ask questions.
