This is not "Garden Ridge". Its "At Home"
Horrible. We bought a patio umbrella that shattered our patio table. After only owning it for 10 days. Garden Ridge refunded the money but would not cover the cost to replace the glass which was $300. Instead they just insulted up with a $200 care for their store. I don't need over price cheap junk from China. We are glad no one was sitting under the umbrella when it came crashing down. it is a disgrace for a corporation of this size to treat customers like this.
I just had my wallet stolen from my purse at Garden Ridge OKC. Yes, I should have had it on my shoulder instead of in my cart, but I had it covered up with over $500 in merchandise and had begun on my 2nd cart. My complaint is that when I checked out and discovered it was missing, the manager, Daniel, was called over and after a very long unconcerned delay, mosied on over and didn't give me the time of day. I love shopping here! They have from the normal to the unique and tons of color choices.
All I wanted to know was wether or not they would be getting anymore fire pits in. All I got was "I don't know", "I'm not sure" and my favorite "maybe". Not one person working in that store said "let me find out" or "let me put you in touch with someone who knows". I even tried to call the store the next day because I really wanted those little fire pits, and no one picked up.
