The associate was VERY pushy regarding signing up for their rewards program of which I was not interested. I did not appreciate it. Also, the quality of the patio cushions I purchased was very poor.
Just to let people know when you buy box springs or any fabrics from here they dont allow returns even if they are not used. Bought brand new still in packaging still wouldn't let us return it. Horrible experience will not be going back there.
The front end lead (name begins with an M) is the rudest person that I have ever met. Every time I have been in this store and interacted with her, she is rude and condescending for absolutely no reason. Something needs to be done. If she is going to be a lead in an area that is focused on customer service, some re training may be necessary.
