So I just left this location. Spoke with Adrian for approximately 10 seconds to get no help. Told me I needed to call the claims insurance company, but the AT&T rep told me I could do it at their store. This is the way of the world today. nobody wants to help. Nobody wants to work mind you it was 424 when I walked in, but because they close at five and so eager to leave that guy, Adrian didn’t care to help me at all good job, sir.
Ian was great and Fixed my PC in a jiffy In better shape and performing better than before!
The case on my laptop's screen broke randomly one night. I was really stressed out because I need my laptop for work. So I googled and found ubreakifix and made an appointment. I explained the problem, dropped it off and then came back to pick it up when it was ready. Ian did a really great job! My laptop is now good as new. If I have any future issues with any of my devices, I'm definitely coming here first!
