You guys closed your store, didn't report my device to Asurion and stole my computer. I want my stuff back.
Called to see if I could get my PS5 controller fixed. The person said they could but for 100$. Well the controller cost me 59 $ plus tax. I tried call the local number he gave , but it didn't work. So I'm still looking
Broke my samsung s22 ultra screen. Brought it into the store and helped me get set up with an at home repair. Cameron from the mobile repair side showed up and within an hour had my phone back to 100%
This store is very unprofessional. Iv never had a worst experience at a store in my life would not recommend to anyone and will be sure to let others know not to as well. They sigh you up fot homeplus with out asking or the slightest bit of a notice that there doing so. They also keep your products for waaaay longer than they claim. The fact this store isn't at a one star is beyond me. Just a fair waring to anyone thinking about going to get there stuff fixed this is not the place to go.
