Asurion phone insurance has simply put the worst customer service I've experienced. You pay for the phone insurance monthly for years and the day you need to use it these people make it a nightmare to get your phone replaced and then they want to upsell you to cover your home electronics. What a joke. It's to the point that I'm thinking of leaving my current provider which is Verizon. Verizon needs to find a better insurance provider. This is unacceptable.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My Husband Called Today To Get a Replacement On His Phone, As The Screen, That Was Insured n The Phone Blacked Out n Customer Service Said That He Has To Pay $250 For a Replacement n You Know These Phons Are Refurbished;((( So What The Heck Does Our Insurance Cover??? Nothing I Guess As We Can Buy a New Phone For That Price!!! Don't Deal With Company They Don't Give a Crap About You n Have n The Insurance!!! Zero Recommendations!!!
