Wayne is a pro's pro with his courteous demeanor and clear explanations, and Aaron is a whiz with a soldering iron and tiny screwdrivers! I got new back glass and a new battery within a few short hours. If only all regions had a repair shop this amazing. All the employees deserve raises!
It’s when the repair goes wrong all they have is excuses
Marcus fixed my phone in Encinitas on El Camino Real. He did it really quickly. I’ve been there three times now for different things and each time I have received wonderful service. You’re very conscientious and Marcus was great. He didn’t even tell me he was fixing it and it was done. Thank you.
Very happy with UBreak......Wayne is special! Of course, I cannot leave out Aaron. Both are knowledgeable and have good pr with customers. I signed up for 2 months for your special care pkg and have already used the svs. Had a virus that was horrible to my pc. Aaron to the rescue. Thank you for being in Encinitas, CA!!!!
