Absolutely incompetent experience. Instead of replacing the battery, the tech replaced the entire screen assembly. He only noticed the mistake when he rang me up for $295 instead of the quoted $94. He gave me the option of either paying the $295 or putting original screen assembly back in and swapping only the battery, which I had him do. After returning later to pick up the phone with the new battery and original screen, I found that the fingerprint scanner no longer worked.
