I had a phone battery replaced. No waiting, they took it in and gave an accurate estimate for when the job would be completed. I returned just as the tech was finishing. At the beginning, I requested and received help on putting the device into repair mode.

First, I’ll try to be As objective as possible. Maybe about Six months ago, I took my older MacBook in to get a battery replaced. I figured that would be less expensive than buying a new MacBook, and it was. The guy at the front desk was really friendly and easy to work with. There was a delay in getting the battery but that’s not really in their control. When I got my laptop back, there was virtually no change to how long it would hold a charge. Fast , courteous and high quality service. The techs treated my hardware with the same respect that I have for it and turned around a complicated battery swap inthe same day (3 hours actually)!
