Matt and Cameron are the guys!!! We had a shattered phone, my wife was afraid we'd lose all of our daughter's photos since they weren't backed up. Matt walked us through the whole process, very patient, everything was very clear, and he was able to do the claim through his computer the moment I walked in and explained our situation. With or without insurance, this is my go to place, never going anywhere else!

Incredible service. Despite a massive worldwide outage from Amazon Web services, UBreakIFix was patient and troubleshooted the problem to get my cracked screen replaced same day. On top of that they cleaned my phone and charging port and the phone looks as good as new. 5 star service from these guys would 100% recommend. Thanks!
