Had an emergency situation where both sides of my phone were cracked completely. I thought I would wait a week or at least a few days. uBreakiFix quickly got it back to me within a few hours! Amazing customer support. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
At this point, I'd rather drop 1k on a completely new phone than go back for a repair here ever again. I understand that some items are out of stock especially on a phone like a z flip 6. What I find unforgivable is the lack of communication. I brought my phone here sometime last fall. That part was not in stock, but they held on to my phone for over a month.
