We made an appointment this morning for today, drove half an hour to get there only to find the place closed. There was a notice on the door saying it was temporarily closed but would reopen today. We joined another man who also was there for his appointment. Needless to say, we were all very unhappy. I doubt we will ever go back

Took a couple calls to resolve my issue. After talking to a supervisor I am pleased with the outcome of my asurion claim. The new phone came the next day.
