I came in for a charging port cleaning and Drey was very polite and quickly cleaned it for me. I will be coming to this store for all my repairs!!!
McKenzie and her team of professionals at uBreakiFix in Jacksonville, NC did their absolute best to repair my MacBook Pro 15". In the end, it was beyond repair. They were able to make it to turn back on, so I could backup my files to the cloud, what a relief. My experience was relaxed from start to finish. If you want a no pressure exchange and you value complete transparency, then you need to bring your electronics here for repair.
I want to give a huge thank you to Jordan here at the store in Jacksonville There was a young lady as well (I didn’t catch her name) They squeezed me in at the last minute and helped get my phone fixed I am so grateful for their great customer service and willing to help me out!
I went here today for an issue that another company I had paid for service could not do unless they kept my computer for 2-4 weeks. This guy got it done same day! Wonderful service from the owner and each employee I dealt with! What a refreshing experience. These days that is hard to find. TOP NOTCH!! I highly recommend and I will go back for any future needs.
