Wanted to charge me extra prices than other places around because they had to ship it out unfortunate
It was very quick to get my phone fixed totally would go back again they were very polite and answered all my questions very quickly and knowledgeable
Between Mustafa hanging up, and Maurice not being truthful, and the first guy I dealt with giving me wrong information, I would never go back. So much so, that I asked for my computer back just so that I can go to another location. Hands down worst experience I've had to the point where I had to report this to asurion.
Made my appointment through Assurian to what appeared to be a cracked screen.. they took the phone and had it repaired in less than an hour,, it hasn't looked or worked this week in weeks.. thank you so nyc
