Sent an order in to be repaired, and the object came back with pieces missing and unable to turn on at all. Had to send it back and wait an extra week and a half for it to be put together properly.
My repair man was great, came into my job while I was at work and waited in line to retrieve my phone for fixing. He was done in under 15 minutes and even threw a screen protector on! I unfortunately did not get his name, but he was amazing.
