Rob helped me out today, cleaned my charging port right out like nothing was never in it.
They kept my laptop for two months, and every time I called for an update, they just said they were busy and backlogged. They charged me $50 but never even performed a basic diagnostic to identify the issue. When I dropped it off, I clearly explained I had already replaced both fans and the battery. I do not recommend this place at all, you’ll likely end up without your computer for months and out money for nothing!
I had an issue with a car amplifier and was at my wits end. I drove by this shop and hoped that they could help me out. I took the amp in and the manager, Bailey (sorry if I mispelled it), was very helpful. He explained that they did not traditionally work on these but he would take a look. Over the next couple of weeks I would check in and Bailey gave me updates. He was quick to respond to calls and very clear with updates.
