⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service, highly recommend Devon! I brought in my laptop with a swollen battery and three rounded, stuck screws that I couldn't remove myself. Devon took it seriously from the start, explained what needed to be done, and handled the battery safely. He removed the damaged screws and fitted the new battery without any problems. The laptop works perfectly now. He was professional, patient, and clear about the process.
