This used to be a 5 star repair shop, but they refuse to honor the asurion free diagnostic because its a franchise store. I will contacting their corporate because regardless if theyre franchise or not they answer to SOMEONE. Google also says free diagnostic, this is a lie. They charge $60 just for a diagnostic whether they fix it or not

I had a very unusual problem with my Macbook that another shop had no idea what was wrong. UBreakiFix was able to diagnose the issue and repair it quickly. They have the tools and the talent.
They have always been fantastic. A potential costly repair to my IPAD turned out to be an easy fix. They have integrity and told me they were able to repair it instead of having to replace a part. Love the honesty this team exudes. Highly recommend.
