Immediately after walking into the door Cliff assisted me. He was very pleasant and welcoming and addressed my concerns right away. This was my first time visiting this store and highly recommended to others. Thank you Cliff for your amazing working dedication and commitment to your customers.
They fixed the phone. Very friendly and a nice environment. My only criticism is they said 2 hours to fix the phone. I was in big trouble as I needed to get my kids from school and I was working with no idea how to get back to my area. I asked if there was a express service i could pay for and they said we always quote 2 hours but he can have it done in an hour hour and 15 min . It still took 2 hours and they had no new customers after me. Now they fixed the phone within the 2 hours ( 4 min to spare ) I suppose I shouldn't o... read more
