Cavon fixed a clogged USB-C for me quickly and efficiently. In and out without fuss.
No stores near me, nor do they have the parts needed to fix my phone. Had an appointment, didn't show up, didn't call, didn't notify me or anything. Was apparently a no call, no show. So I have to call, which am then told I have to wait days for another representative, or pay 100 dollars to replace my phone, all because of their mistake. Absolutely terrible professionalism. Then tries to sell me some more of their insurance after they didn't help me at all. Ridiculous
Had my laptop for about a month and it was never touched. No call or any type of communication letting me know anything.
I brought my laptop in for repair it’s been 10 days now . All I get is we are waiting on parts. My main beef is that the technician supposedly working on my laptop is NEVER there when I call to try to find out information and no one else can tell me anything. Not a good way to run a place imho. And they advertise quick repairs hmmmmm. What constitutes quick repairs then I wonder? Additional: Has now been 14 days. Went by to check on my laptop as NO ONE would answer the phone. I thought I was being punked this store and workers are so bad and rude. I don’t expect much from people ever but this is low even for bossier… I was immediately met with the workers being dismissive, rude, and the store smelt like weed. The store and company as a whole are awful. Brought my phone in for a repair another store of the same company failed to fix to which this store did not fix either and broke my temp glass screen .
