This is where Asurion sent me to get my phone fixed with my cell phone insurance. This place did a fine job of fixing the phone but after driving over 150 miles one way to get to this place and they tell me to come back in 3 hours and it will be ready for pick up, the manager tells me they close at 6 and to come back at 5:30 to pick it up. When I get there at 5:35, the place is already closed. So I drive 150 miles back home and have to go back the next morning again to pick it up. First time being there and needed an iPhone screen. They had it in stock the price was great. I ordered Chinese 2 doors down when I was finished eating I went back in waited maybe 5 minutes and paid and left. From my experience this was very exceptional. Will go back for sure

I brought my laptop in for repair it’s been 10 days now . All I get is we are waiting on parts. My main beef is that the technician supposedly working on my laptop is NEVER there when I call to try to find out information and no one else can tell me anything. Not a good way to run a place imho. And they advertise quick repairs hmmmmm. What constitutes quick repairs then I wonder?
