Staff was friendly but I was told 2-3 days to fix and at the 3rd day I went up there to check and was told it would be another 3-4 days. Finally get the iPad back after 7 days and get home to find out the screen glitches so bad the only thing you can do is turn it off or it keeps clicking apps and trying to call people.

The young man at the desk was very nice and professional. My only comment is they were a little hard to communicate with. Also they could have a better stock of accessories. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
Do not recommend this business. Brought a game console (PS5) in for repair in July 2024 and was not given any progress of repair or diagnosis for 6 months. The. To be told, do not know what is wrong with it.
