my phone screen wasn't working after a new repair so i brought it to them, not only does it work properly, but it looks basically brand new.
If I could give negative stars I would first wrong screen is ordered no updates or return calls didn’t know it was wrong screen until I called to see what’s taking so long promises of specific times and a manager who is never there just take you items somewhere I’ve learned my lesson for sure

My daughter’s phone was stuck in recovery mode!! We tried connecting to iTunes several times and couldn’t move it out of recovery mode! I brought it here and within a matter of time they called to say they were able to restore it and pull it out of recovery mode!! My girl is extremely happy to have her phone back! Thank you for expedient service and top notch customer service!!!
Wish I had the option to give a lower rating. My laptop was kept for two weeks and was not even addressed. The one clerk in the store who had a name tag stating his name was “ugly“ was one of the most rude, dismissive, smart-mouthed, disrespectful people I have ever run into in the service industry. I have certainly spread the word amongst friends and family to not utilize this establishment. He literally made the excuse that he was too busy to get to the diagnostic on my computer. Truly pathetic, unprofessional business.
