I just wanna say I’ve never had a phone repaired before the staff at this location is amazing. Bryan is the one that helped me. There was some complications and they had to stay late and they still got me out same day 100% recommend.

This location should not be trusted with anyone’s device. I dropped off a phone with a crack in the top right corner but worked perfectly. The store returned it to me shattered, completely unusable, and literally in TWO PIECES. All of this extra damage happened while the phone was in their possession, yet they refuse to take responsibility. They gave us the option of having the old parts put back on the phone — which we agreed to — but then they stalled for HOURS and never actually put the parts back on.
