Needed a charging port cleaning. Danny @the Eagan office was courteous, prompt, and had me out in less than five minutes. Highly recommended!!
Danny! that guy is awesome! He was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and very patient with me which I totally appreciate it. Didn't make me feel bad that it took me 6+months to bring in my phone for a cracked screen. Everybody I met there was very kind and very thoughtful. I absolutely will return to this particular store if I have future problems.
I hit the jackpot when I called the Eagan store today and got Danny. I want to express my sincere appreciation for his exceptional dedication to customer service!
