This is my first time using uBreakiFix. I will say, an excellent experience. The service tech I dealt with was kind, professional, and courteous. The actual service on my laptop was awesome, it had a complete lock up and they managed to regain all of my data. Thank you
I was offered a savings if I signed up for an Asurion+ plan. Before signing up I asked for clarification that my repair would be covered on this plan. They told me it would, then called the next day saying they couldn't fix my switch and that I'd need to wait 30 days to file a claim with Asurion to see if they'd cover it.

All the employees are great there, especially Odette! She was actually the one who fixed my phone. She reached out via phone call and text a few days before, to let me know they had a battery for my phone. The service was fast, I was only without my phone for a couple of hours! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing phone repair and will definitely visit again in the future if need be!
