Very nice front desk associate. With an appointment it took over three hours to replace the screen that had a scratch. This is fine, but when I returned, I was told that there was an issue with their system in that they couldn't verify my insurance portion of the payment. Odd since I booked the appointment through my Samsung insurance website a few days before. When asked for clarification he repeated that it wasnt my insurance but their system. It was closing time. Came in to have my fried PS5 repaired, and it was an excellent experience! They gave me an affordable quote, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and had a pretty quick turnaround time. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I have any other tech issues! :)
