Quick, easy, painless process. Being without my phone for the battery replacement was the hardest part. That naked feeling…very awkward lol.
Julio helped me with my phone charging port not working and was very nice and got me in and out in 5 minutes.
Shawn was very helpful removed a piece of the charger lodged in my son's iPad.
