Filed a claim with my cell phone insurance and made an appointment before coming. My phone was taken right away and the cracked screen was replaced in less than 2 hours. It's working beautifully and I'm thrilled that I didn't have to buy a new phone when I'm not ready to upgrade and didn't have to pay anything (other than the thousands I've spent over the years for insurance that I've only used this once)!
