My Xbox is not working after repair. I never received an emailed receipt from the store when they said that was the only receipt format available. I reached out to the store and could not get a response. This feels like fraud.
Fraudulent company. Was specifically advised by employees to get a subscription to file a claim on a defective console. You have to pay two months of service before you can file a claim. I wait 31 days and the claim is denied for being pre-existing. Highly advise employees are trained about this, but this came from the manager. Absolute scam
