I meant to write this a few weeks ago but I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Chris with no H. He was such a life saver & when I thought my phone was a goner, somehow he was able to revive it just long enough to do the data transfer I needed. It truly was a miracle ✨️ thanks again man!
Excellent service! Patient, kind, easy to talk to, very thorough, explained every step, made sure that I understood what they were doing and why. Technology is not my strong suit, they didn’t make me feel bad for that.
My Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G screen suddenly stopped working. Your Silverdale office said it just needed a new screen, but was unable to order the part and do the work because, they said, their contract with Samsung would only allow them to replace it with the same color frame (??????). He recommended a third-party repair shop nearby. For the record, that other shop was able to acquire the part, but unable to fix because some of the internal screws were frozen, inserted by the factory so tightly that to remove them would have... read more
