Nightmare!! I left my laptop for a minor fix and add memory. It took 3 weeks to do work, 0 phone calls from them & I had to constantly go to the store for updates. Over 3 weeks later I sat down to get back to work THEY WIPED OUT 10 YEARS of my organization. NOTHING, completely wiped out. I took it immediately back. No phone calls, updates & again, I had to go to store & now a month later, there's nothing they can do to retrieve my data. DO NOT trust this company. I went to visit the uBreakiFix store earlier today @ 3462 plaza ave and was told they could not fix or relace the charging port on my iphone 13 pro max and would have to take it to the apple store. I later called another repair shop in Bartlett and they told me they had the part and could replace it with no problem. Not sure why I was told I had to take the phone to an apple store? It made me scratch my head and wondered what the problem was?
