I’d like to give this place a ZERO! Took a second iPad to them to replace the screen. It was ready in less than 48 hours which I thought was weird given that they say the time could be a week or two . The last one I took same model and same damage took a week, and then when my 13 year old tried to put it in her iPad case the screen cracked in the corner when I called and went in person the manager said I could either pay 95 after paying 131 to fix it again or I could get a membership of 40 bucks a month plus 40 down basicall... read more

Jacob from the North Hollywood store did a fantastic job fixing my phone. He was punctual and very fast with the repair.
I usually have and use AppleCare on my phone but It has expired and I didn’t realize it until after some issues came up on my phone. I’ve always seen this place but never came in so I decided to stop by to see if they could help me. Nick was so sweet and thorough in explaining what I needed. My whole trip took me less than an hour and I probably saved more money than paying for AppleCare and taking it to a Genius Bar.
