Joe and Claud were so amazing! They worked efficient and they were very nice and patient! Amazing customer service definitely recommend!
Over a month before they told me it couldn't be fixed. I had to make 3 trips, 2 hours each way and it wasn't fixed. They sent to Florida and instead of sending it back to me directly they required that 3rd 2 hour each way drive to pick up the dead computer. Only used you because the Microsoft site listed you. All that time without my work computer, and more importantly without access to my files. Alit of time and money lost in this process.
