Don't take your computer to be repaired at this store. They had my computer for almost two weeks. They charged a diagnostic fee but could not tell me what was wrong. Customer service was terrible. They never called with an update, yet they claim to repaire computers in 3-5 days. I picked up my computer, took it to Diamond computer repair, got my repaired computer the next day.
Prefilled claim with Assurion, smooth process with options of store location or at home repairs. I went in on a Saturday afternoon. The customer service and support were senior citizen friendly, polite, informative, welcoming and a complete positive experience. I highly recommend these technicians.
Briefly I was working with McAfee and they could not get my older computer to finish a full scan due to having a virus problem. They suggested that I contact Asurion for additional help. The staff was pleasant but about 4-5 times , I called in to get a status and was told I would get a call back- no call backs.
