4/27 was my 2nd time in 2 weeks coming into uBreakiFix! First time was for my sons Xbox (which they fixed!), this time it was for my work laptop. John immediately took it back and they had a diag in 10 minutes for me. Unfortunately the laptop was a lost cause. However, we were given options and information on how they could still help!
