My repair was supposed to take 2 hours. When I came back to the store at the 2 hour mark, I was told that the repair was finished but that Samsung had to approve same before the work order could be marked complete. I waited another hour and a half for that approval with no satisfactory explanation. I then paid and had to wait 20 more minutes for my receipt due to a "glitch" in the system. I cracked the screen on my phone and they were really professional and fixed it. I appreciate the work they did. They also do laptops and tablets and we will do business again because I have a laptop that needs repair.
