I came here based on the recommendation of the manufacturer for my daughter's Samsung tablet. Unfortunately, her tablet had liquid damage and after doing the manufacturer's recommendations to get it operable - it still wasn't working. I went here as the next step. I spoke to who I assume was the customer rep and told them the situation. My 10 year old computer was moving about as fast as molasses in January. Called and made an appt with UBreakiFix. Morgan was great to deal with and got me set up to bring the computer in. David handled the virus removal, and advised that I needed a new hard drive. He sent me a link as to what hard drive to buy, I dropped it off and he installed it. What a difference!!
