Avoid this tech repair company at all costs! Their service is abysmal, and their technicians seem clueless about basic repairs. I brought in my malfunctioning laptop, only to have it returned to me in an even worse condition than before. Not only did they fail to fix the initial problem, but they also managed to introduce new issues. Communication was virtually nonexistent, leaving me in the dark about the status of my device for weeks. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable repair service elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with this tech repair company. Their service was slow, and the staff seemed unprofessional and untrained. After waiting for weeks to get my device back, it still wasn't fixed properly, and in fact, it had new problems. Communication was virtually nonexistent, and when I tried to reach out for updates, I was met with indifference. I would strongly advise against using this company for any repairs.

Online states that the quote for repair is free, but it's a different story in store. The issues with the device I brought in were obvious just by looking at it, not to mention I told them exactly what would need to be replaced. The tech still insisted that he would need to take the Chromebook apart and it would cost $60 just for that. Then I would need to pay an additional charge depending on what was wrong with it. Very disappointing.
