Dalton is the best! He was able to fix my son’s phone fast.
The location was opened 20mins late. Techs arrived with Chick-fil-A in hand. My computer sat in the store for 3 days. It was in for a virus scan. My computer miraculously got serviced when I called customer service on Monday. It was returned to me still needing to reload programs. My second monitor and speakers were not working. They were working before the visit to the location. I had to spend my time working with another company to get my computer functioning again.
I just picked up my phone & Dalton & Santiago took care of me. Dalton took the time to explain what they were going to do to diagnose & fix my phone. When I returned to pick it up, Santiago took the time to explain what they found & what they had done to fix it. He also gave me a few recommendations to prevent this from happening again.
