Even though they were unable to fix my phone, Zach and Tom (sorry if I messed up your names!) were super chill and extremely helpful, even going to far as to make sure my back up phone was ready to go and running right before I left. Great people! Thanks so much!

(This review is regarding theOKC Quail Springs location) I recently broke my phone screen (Samsung S22 Ultra) and I was able to get an appointment super fast. They had to order parts based on the color of my phone case, but called me when the parts were in and I made another appointment for the next day I had off work. I brought in my phone and they had it fixed in under 2 hours. Great customer service, Thanks 👍
He told me that I was gonna have to spend 250 bucks but then made sure to look to see if I had insurance that I didn’t know about. And I did! Out-of-pocket cost zero. My phone looks better than ever highly recommend this facility and their staff.
Went in tonight to purchase an adapter for my Dell computer but they don’t sell them. Daniel looked at my current adapter and saw the pin inside was bent and he straightened it up. He couldn’t guarantee it would fix my issue but it did! I’ve ordered a new adapter but appreciate Daniel taking care of me! Super nice guy.
