Sam was great, knowledgeable and fixed my phone fast. Go see Sam!
Horrible experience at the Fullerton shop. We called verizon and made an appointment to get my son’s phone fixed. We got there at our scheduled time only to find out the the store closed at our scheduled time. Sam L. told us that it he could not fix the problem, even though it would take him 5 minutes to do so because he had to get home. He was rude, and did not have good customer service. My family and i will not be returning to that store again, we will find another store to take our business to.
Excellent service. Came in with a changing issue and Sam immediately identified the problem. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Sam.
