So I went to have my screen replaced they fixed the screen but my s pen didn't work I told the guy that it worked before and he just looked at me and walked into the back he didn't even care. I only gave 2 stars because he actually fixed the screen
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The experience was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable from start to finish. I brought in my desktop for what should have been a straightforward repair. I was told it would take about a week. A week passed—no updates. I had to chase them down myself, calling multiple times and trying to use their so-called tracking system, which was completely useless and never updated with any meaningful information.
