Drove here from Ellensburg to get a warranty repair after their phone system wouldn't work only to find out they're closed due to staffing issues. Update your hours or say it's closed.

Sent in an Xbox controller for a stick drift repair in February 2024. It’s now may 2024, no communication, no status updates, unable to get connected to anybody that can or is willing to assist. now I’ve lost a $200 controller to this business and they don’t care. I recommend finding some place else to assist with repairs
This company has had my Tablet since DECEMBER 27th of 2023, I have called corporate several times to get my tablet back with the employees telling me they will send it back numerous times, still don't have it in April, 2024. I even drove 4 hours to go get it back yesterday during their business hours to wait outside with other customers who had appointments for no one to be there.
