Absolute scam. Over promise and aggressively under deliver. Do not recommend. Looking to switch cell provider to anyone who doesn’t use them.
Liars and thieves... wasted 4 hrs of MY valuable time and did NOT provide the service I have been paying for... even Supervisor wouldn't help

A complete scam. They tell you so many things are covered then when you have an issue, not only do you pay them monthly you'll give them $100 more for a deductable and instead of giving you a new phone to replace the new phone your still going to pay for, they give you someone else's phone with the problems they had because Asurion only cleans them, they Do Not fix them.
