I was conflicted between a 4 & 3 star rating mostly because the in person customer service was great, the repair I required seems to have been done very well, and the overall experience was good. The only hang up I had was that I was told 3-4 hrs after dropoff the phone would be repaired. There was a chance the phone needed to have specialized cleaning (additional $120), which is significant enough to consider buying a new phone in some cases, and they would contact me prior with an update and photos for confirmation. Though they were unable to fix my PS4 due to what was wrong the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were honest and easy to deal with. Even though they tried to fix it there was no charge because it was not fixable. Highly recommended!!!
