Rapid service from knowledgeable tech. The best part I only needed a lens cap rather than a replacement so was not charged for that. I did, however have them clean my phone.first $40. Tech shared the Assurant service through Verizon.
Had warranty thought xbox on a controller and was told it would be free. Then they proceed to tell me it would be 80$ to fix stick drift on that controller. won’t go back.

I came to this location for a Galaxy phone repair under Samsung Z Assurance and the experience was very disappointing. One technician told me he could only see my appointment and had no claim on file, and said he needed a “processed claim” before entering any information — even though they never created one. Then another employee came out and said my appointment was actually for the next day, told me to come back, and couldn’t say whether they would even be able to fix the phone.
