My iPhone wasn’t accepting a charge. I suspected the charging port was dirty but didn’t want to risk cleaning it on my own and damaging it. Made an online appt at the Mill Plain store. As suspected Eric diagnosed it as a dirty port. He simply cleaned it … no charge! True customer support. Very professional! Please support your small businesses👍🏼
