Turns out my screen wasnt cracked just screen protector. Bought a new one he put it on great service
Had the worst experience. Went in for a repair on my phone (back) when i came to pick up they told me they had broken the front screen and replaced it with an original one allegedly. When i saw the repaird back i had no idea that they had not used original apple parts , which that was my understanding, i was extremely disappointed. My phone now seems fake. And feel ripped off. For 379 dollars i was expecting better quality.
Will gave us amazingly cheerful, extremely helpful, and surprisingly careful assistance. Raise his pay!
Not great prices, but they were transparent about it at least
Came in for a phone screen repair two days ago and was told that if the screen has any issues to come back and they'd fix it pro Bono as per warranty. Well the phone screen was put on faulty and rather than fix their mistake and order a new part. Told us it wasn't a screen issue, and wernt helpful at all and were dismissive. We went to another location and turns out it was a faulty screen repair and are fixing it for us. Please do better.
